Oakland Raiders sign Albert Toeaina
The Oakland Raiders signed offensive tackle Albert Toeaina to a free agent contract on June 27th. Toeaina was signed last year (2006) as a free agent out of Tennessee by the Carolina Panthers and later released during summer training camp.
