East Anchorage Guard/Defensive Tackle Anu Poleo was selected Cook Inlet Lineman of the Year. He was also selected first team all conference on both sides of the ball. Also selected to the first team were Linebacker Leo Aukusitino of Service (Anchorage), Tight End Josh Kaiwi of West Anchorage, and Defensive Tackle Josh Tofaeono of Service (Anchorage). Service's Fenumiai Ilalio was named assistant coach of the year.
There was also a host of Samoans and Polynesians selected to the second team and honorable mention. Anchorage News
