OSU added a new player to the 2008 recruiting class. The Cowboys received a commitment Friday night from linebacker Tolu Moala of El Camino Community College in California.
The 6-foot-1, 230-pound Moala originally signed with Brigham Young in February but did not meet the school's entrance requirements. BYU let Moala out of his letter of intent. Moala visited Stillwater on Thursday and Friday and gave his commitment to defensive coordinator Tim Beckman following Friday's scrimmage.
Moala was a two-year player at El Camino and was credited with 6.5 tackles for a loss, including three sacks, and four pass break-ups and four QB hurries. The Hawthorne, Calif., native also has served a church mission to Brazil.
