Jeremiah Masoli of City College of San Francisco will attend Oregon this fall.
Masoli, an academic qualifier out of high school, heads to Eugene after leading CCSF to a junior college national title as a freshman in 2007. Academically, he will be a true sophomore this fall, giving him four years to play three for the Ducks.
A 6-foot, 205-pound signal caller, Masoli signed a financial aid agreement to attend the University on Thursday, paving the way for joining the Ducks as the most recent official signing period ended on April 1.
Last season, Masoli completed 61.3 percent of his passes (258-of-421) for 3,592 yards and 30 touchdowns against five interceptions. He also rushed for 448 yards and 11 scores.
As a prep athlete, Masoli attended Serra High School in San Mateo, Calif., for three years before spending his senior year at St. Louis High School in Hawaii. He graduated from St. Louis in 2006.
