University of Hawai'i junior center John Estes was selected first team All WAC for the second year row. Joining Estes on the first team was Nevada running back Vai Taua who ran for 1420 yards and 14 TDs in a breakout season. Taua also had 29 receptions for 226 yards and 2 TDs. Hawai'i defensive linemen David Veikune and Keala Watson were selected to the second team along with Idaho offensive lineman Mike Iupati. Veikune, who was named to the first team last season, leads the WAC in fumbles forced (4) and ranks fourth in both sacks (8.0) and tackles for loss (15.0). He also accumulated 64 tackles on the year. Watson has 28 tackles including 6.0 for loss and 2.0 sacks.
