The Cowboys signed three players Monday, including nose tackle Junior Siavii, who was among the club's final cuts out of training camp.
With Tank Johnson expected to leave via free agency, the Cowboys lack a backup nose tackle. The team considered bringing Siavii back during the season but never signed him.
