Old Spice Red Zone Player of the Year: Jesse Callier

Jesse Callier
Warren - Downey, CA
Senior RB, DB 5'11" 186

Jesse has taken this team on his back and led them to back-to-back League Championships. As a sophomore he rushed for 1053 yards (9 TD's), Junior year 2466 yards (30 TD's) and as a Senior year he rushed for 3023 yards (43 TD's).

Leadership Abilities:
As a leader on the field, Jesse has worked tireless hours with his fellow players to help each and everyone become better. He pushed them in the weight room in the off season.

Coach Comments:
His peers look to him for that extra push to make everyone better, he is the leader in the locker room before games and his teammates admire that about him.

All CIF Running Back 2008; League Offence MVP 2009, 2008; All League Defensive Back 2009

How do you feel:
When I am on the goal line for offense I get this feeling like "I have to get in and nothing is going to stop me." That is the feeling that I get.

How you elevate your team:
I inspire my team by telling them "they can't stop us, we are too much," and just motivating them to not quit and "finish strong."

I plan on attending the university of Washington and play football for them.
