Josh Fely, a valuable member of two CIF San Diego Section Division II football championship teams at Oceanside High, has signed a letter of intent to play at Texas-El Paso
Fely, a 5-foot-11, 220-pound middle linebacker, spent the last two seasons at San Diego Mesa College, where he had more than 100 career tackles. Fely, whose brother Jake is a freshman linebacker at San Diego State, also considered San Jose State and Kent State.
