SAN DIEGO — It was a one-car garage, filled with Seaus. Junior and three brothers crammed into the living space as kids, but at least the tiny TV had a remote control.
"Yeah, I would get up and change the channels during commercials,'' Seau said.
Long ago Seau's world transformed from black-and-white portable to big-screen color. Long ago Seau morphed from being an Oceanside High and USC star to a Charger bright light. Long ago, Seau dreamed of shining in the NFL, which became reality, which produces Sunday afternoon at Qualcomm Stadium.
Seau has gone from a garage without halls to the Chargers Hall of Fame. Hallelujah as that hall of fame gets a hallevua lot better with the 12-time Pro Bowl Seau's inclusion.
