Bell, senior -- Tipoti, one of the top college offensive line prospects in the area, helped protect Bell QB Kyle Romano and created holes for the Blue Raiders running backs. Bell's offense totaled almost 4,000 yards. Grade 85 percent, 63 pancakes, 0 sacks allowed.OL Halapoulivaati Vaitai, Haltom, senior -- For opposing defensive linemen, the only thing tougher than pronouncing Vaitai's name was getting around him. Vaitai, 6-foot-6, was a wall on Haltom's offensive line. 24 pancakes, 56 knockdowns, graded 90-plus percent 9 of 10 games.
