OL Salesi Uhatafe, (Euless Trinity, senior) At
6-5, 290 pounds, Uhatafe kept alive Trinity's tradition of mashers up
front. He finished with zero sacks allowed, 42 pancakes and 117
knockdowns for the District 6-5A champs.
DL Gaius Vaenuku, (Euless Trinity, senior) A
complete player who's big, strong, fast, instinctive and with a strong
motor. The 6-5, 260-pound Trojan tallied 72 tackles, 7 sacks, 13 tackles
for loss and 15 quarterback pressures. Some lucky college is getting a
great player.
DL Vili Leveni, (Hurst L.D. Bell, senior)
Leveni had a knack for the big play this season as one cog of a special
Blue Raiders group up front. The 6-4, 220-pound Utah commit amassed 53
tackles, six sacks, nine tackles for loss, 12 quarterback pressures and
two forced fumbles.
