Enoka Lucas signed by Tampa Bay
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have claimed offensive lineman Enoka Lucas off waivers from the Houston Texans. Lucas is a free agent from the University of Oregon and attended Kamehameha Schools. Lucas joins Chad Owens of the University of Hawai'i and Roosevelt High School (Honolulu, HI).
