The Carolina Panthers signed former Baltimore Ravens Defensive Lineman Ma'ake Kemoeatu to a five-year deal worth $23 million, including an $8 million signing bonus. Kemoeatu is the older brother of Pittsburgh Steeler offensive lineman Chris Kemoeatu. The Kemoeatu brothers both played their collegiate football at the University of Utah and are graduates of Kahuku High School on the North Shore of O'ahu. They are also the first brothers of Tongan descent to both play in the NFL.
