Hawai'i High School Football Poly Round Up: Week of Oct 13-14

Lehi Aumua RB, 5'8, 180, Sr (Kahuku HS, HI): Rushed for 93 yards on 11 carries and the first score of the game on a 10 yard run in Kahuku's 48-14 victory over Moanalua.

Kama Bailey RB, 5'7, Jr (Damien HS, Honolulu, HI): Rushed for 222 yards and 2 TDs on 33 carries in a 14-10 victory over 'Iolani.

Lake Casco Athlete, 5'8, 140, Jr (Lahainaluna HS, Lahaina, HI): scored three touchdowns to lead the Lunas past the Titans. Casco scored on a reception (47 yards) , a run (25 yards) and a punt return (49 yards).

Truman Chun RB, 5'8, 185, Jr (Kamehameha Schools-Kapalama, Honolulu, HI): Rushed for 118 yards and three touchdowns (9, 2, 8) in a 28-15 win over Pac-5.

Hercules Sula RB, 5'9, 165, Sr (Farrington HS, Honolulu, HI): Rushed for 226 yards and 2 TDs (2, 41) on 27 carries in a 32-22 victory over Castle HS (Kane'ohe, HI). Farrington (6-2, 5-1) Gov QB Elijah Filifili also threw 2 TD (13, 28) passes and finished 12-22-1 and 169 total passing yards.

Gabe Tuata: RB, Sr (Kealakehe HS, Kailua-Kona, HI): Rushed for 142 yards and the Waveriders first two touchdowns of 25 and 77 yards each to lead Kealakehe HS over Kohala 59-7. Max Papali'i also rushed for 3 TDs (3, 10, 26). Papali'i is the son of Sam Papali'i, the former coach of Kealakehe HS and previous college football coach: UNLV (1996-98), Iowa State (1993-96), Utah (1989-93), Arizona (1986-89), Hawaii (1982-86) and De Anza College in Cupertino, Calif. (1980-82).
