Alesana Alesana Signs with Kansas State

Offensive Lineman Alesana Alesana (6'6, 318) of CC of San Franisco and the Independent State of Samoa has transferred to Kansas State for the spring semester.

A massive offensive lineman from the City College of San Francisco and a four-star prospect by Scout.com, Alesana grew up playing rugby in his native Samoa, but has flourished in the American game since arriving in the United State in 2004. A key member of one of the California Community College system’s most potent offenses, Alesana earned first team all-state honors from the coaches association in 2006 and helped the Rams compile an 18-3 record during his two seasons in the City by the Bay.

While a starter at CCSF, Alesana anchored an offensive line that helped the Rams average over 430 yards and 35 points per game. CCSF also won back-to-back Nor Cal titles and was the 2006 state runner-up during his career.
