Senior Alek Talilulu was selected first team All Area following a second team selection in 2006. Also selected to the first team were Ben Savai'i of Taft and Pat Su'a of Highland.

-- Helped anchor an offense that ran for 3,611 yards -- nearly 280 a game -- on its way to the Central Section Division IV title

-- Also had a sack and 19 tackles in limited time at nose guard

Pat Su'a

Highland, junior LB

-- Intimidating linebacker who racked up 25 tackles for loss, including six sacks

-- Made 107 tackles overall, forced a fumble, recovered one and made an interception

-- Manages to stand out despite being one of five starting linebackers in the Scots' defensive scheme

Alex Talilulu

Tehachapi, senior LB

-- Had 131 total tackles for the Warriors, including 21 in a victory against Wasco

-- Recovered two fumbles and made one interception; also blocked a punt in the Central Section Division III championship against Foothill.

-- Unanimous all-South Sequoia League selection
