2008 All-MWC Football Team

BYU guard Ray Feinga was named to the first team for the second year in a row. Joining Feinga on the second team is teammate running back Harvey Unga and Utah defensive lineman Koa Misi. Honorable mention selections included BYU defensive back David Tafuna and punter CJ Santiago, and UNLV offensive lineman Johan Asiata and defensive lineman Malo Taumua.

-Consistent passing grades throughout the season

-Helped BYU lead the MWC and rank No. 18 nationally in total offense (444.8 yards/game)
-Helped BYU rank second in the MWC and No. 19 in the nation in scoring offense (35.3 ppg)
-Helped BYU lead the MWC and rank No. 11 nationally in first downs (292)
-Helped BYU lead the MWC and rank No. 3 nationally in third-down conversions (55.9 percent)
-Helped BYU lead the MWC and rank No. 10 (tied) in fourth-down conversions (70 percent)
-Has started all 12 games at guard for BYU this season

-Finished the season with 63 tackles (27 solo), 8.5 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, and 6 pass breakups.

-Leads the team, ranks fourth in the MWC and 41st nationally in rushing yards/game (88.4)
-Also ranks fourth in the MWC in total yards (1061)

-Fifth in the MWC and second among non-kickers in scoring (7.2 ppg)
-Has totaled 86 points and 14 touchdowns, both of which are second on the team
-Second on the team in total offense (88.4 yards/game)
-Third on the team in receiving yards/game (25.2)
-Has led BYU in rushing in every game this season, totaling three games over 100 yards
-Season-high 136 yards rushing at Washington, the most recorded by a BYU player this season
