Paul Piukala (Castlemont-Oakland, CA) 6’4, 220, Sr
All-East Bay First Team. Honorable Mention East Bay (SF Chronicle). First Team All-Oakland had 65 tackles and 12 sacks.

Mike Purcell 6’4, 260, Sr (Highlands Ranch, CO)
Rocky Mountain News Second Team All State (5A), Denver Post Honorable Mention All-State (5A). Recorded 65 tackles and 10 sacks. Will attend Wyoming.

Semisi Tokolahi (Hilo, HI) 6’3, 285, Sr
Second Team All-State (Honolulu Advertiser). BIIF Defensive Player of the Year. Will attend Washington.

Daniel Fonua (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) 6’0, 235, Sr

Jeff Gouveia (Auburn, WA) 5’10, 190, Sr
First Team All State (4A). First Team All-Area (Tacoma Tribune and Seattle Times). With nearly 100 tackles (96), 31 touchdowns and more than 1,200 rushing yards, Gouveia was named offensive back of the year and co-defensive lineman of the year (front seven) in the SPSL North.

Andru Pulu 6’2, 250, Sr (Federal Way, WA)
Honorable Mention All State (4A). All-Area First Team Offensive Line (Tacoma Tribune). First Team All SPSL North Offensive Line/Linebacker. League Defensive Lineman of the Year. Will attend Washington.

Justin Vae’ena (Oceanside, CA) 6’0, 235, Sr
Second Team All State (Max Preps). First Team All-CIF San Diego. First Team All-San Diego (Union-Tribune). First Team All-North County (North County Times). Valley League Defensive Player of the Year. Second in CIF-SD with 147 tackles, 6 sacks, and 3 interceptions. Will attend Idaho State.

James Smith (Farrington-Honolulu, HI)
First Team All-State (Honolulu Advertiser and Star Bulletin). 2008 Hawai’i/Polynesia vs. Mainland All Star Game participant. May walk on at Hawai'i.

KJ Vaifale (Centennial-Corona, CA)
Starting defensive back on DI California State Champion. Had 55 tackles for the season. Will attend SMU.
